- 1.1.2.4.6 Logistical expenses
- 1.1.2.5 Budget breakdown with documents/estimates
- 1.1.2.5.1 Marketing and promotional opportunities
- 1.1.2.5.2 Supporting documents: certificates, licenses, references

Maximum funding allowed: R100,000.00 (one hundred thousand rand). |
| 1.1.4 Eligibility Criteria |
- 1.1.4.1 Active involvement in a South African sporting event
- 1.1.4.2 Participation in a recognized sporting code focused on women’s sports
- 1.1.4.3 Provide proof of participation and alignment with criteria

Applications reviewed by the Board via Round Robin resolution with majority vote. Decision is final and binding. |
| 1.1.5.1 Preliminary Review Process |
- 1.1.5.2 Upon receipt of all documents, Fund Administrator conducts review:
- 1.1.5.2.1 Completeness
- 1.1.5.2.2 Eligibility verification
- 1.1.5.2.3 Alignment with Sport Trust objectives
- 1.1.5.3 Completed within 5–7 working days
- 1.1.5.3.1 Review by:
- Fund Administrator
- Two Trustees including the Chairperson
- 1.1.5.4 Committee submits recommendations to the Board
