Dr. Nomonde Buyisiwe Mabuya

THE CHAIRPERSON

An accomplished Occupational and Aviation Medical Doctor, holding ESG Board certification.

With a distinguished career spanning 28 years, she has demonstrated exceptional expertise in optimizing patient care services, expanding market share, and steering healthcare organizations toward unparalleled growth. Her remarkable track record showcases an ability to capitalize on strategic opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and brand equity.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, Dr. Mabuya is also a seasoned investor and a qualified occupational medicine specialist in South Africa.

ISRAEL L. NOKO

INDEPENDENT TRUSTEE

Brings extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, government advocacy, corporate governance & compliance, legal advisory & strategy, risk analysis, and trust administration.

Muditambi E. Ravele

TRUSTEE

Is the founder of the South African Women and Sports Foundation and a pioneering figure in advancing women’s presence in sports.

Appointed President of Netball South Africa following a commission in 1999, she was tasked with transforming the organization—securing sponsorships, driving inclusivity, ensuring televised coverage, and elevating the sport’s profile. She successfully accomplished these milestones within two years. Her second and third terms focused on maintaining high standards and fostering international and African engagement in netball.

Selapeng C. Maledimo CA

TRUSTEE

A Chartered Accountant (SA) & is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of
Mahlopi Metals Group, a leading chrome mining company.

Selapeng Maledimo, a Chartered Accountant (SA), is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of
Mahlopi Metals Group, a leading chrome mining company. Her experience spans over 12
years in multiple sectors, including mining, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and
construction sectors.
Selapeng serves as an Executive Director and Non-Executive Director for various companies
in the mining, retail, and pharmaceutical sectors. A passionate advocate for women’s
empowerment, Selapeng actively contributes to advancing gender equality through her
trusteeships with Women Entrepreneurs Trust and Women in Sports Trust.
Selapeng founded Tshepiso-entle Selfcare, a company dedicated to self-care and wellness.
Her leadership and impact were recognized when she was named a finalist for the SAICA
Top 35 Under 35 in 2023.

Meta Mhlarhi CA

TRUSTEE

Is a Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of experience across energy, infrastructure investment, asset management, and advisory sectors.

She serves as the Chairperson and Co-Founder of the Black Energy Professionals Association (BEPA) and is the Co-Founder and Director of Mahlako A Phahla Group—an investment holding company specializing in financial services, energy, infrastructure, social infrastructure, and telecommunications.

Since 2008, Mahlako has successfully invested over R5 billion in various projects, advised on mandates exceeding R500 billion, and launched a R1.5 billion Energy Fund—further solidifying its role in shaping South Africa’s investment landscape.
